Our story began with Myscar.®, a trusted name in scar care, developed by Lara Hofer— a leader in the innovation of silicone. For years, Myscar.® has been used and recommended by plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and scar specialists across New Zealand and internationally. Our silicone was developed to heal gently, safely, and effectively. But even in those early days, Lara knew this was just the beginning. While refining silicone for scar treatment, she was already exploring its broader potential, particularly in reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

 

The benefits were clear: hydration and skin smoothing, all without toxins or invasive treatments.

To bring this next phase to life, Lara turned to someone she trusted implicitly, her sister, Rosie Power. With extensive experience in supply chain, logistics, and marketing, and a shared passion for wellness, Rosie joined the mission to expand into skincare. Together, they created MyWrinkles—a natural progression powered by science, sisterhood, and a deep respect for the skin.
